These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Google Reviews & Photos for WordPress plugin and the website available at https://api.bitbytelabs.in/ (collectively, the “Service”), operated by BitByte Labs (“BitByte Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By installing, accessing, purchasing, activating, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not install, access, purchase, activate, or use the Service.
1. Description of the Service
Google Reviews & Photos for WordPress is a WordPress plugin that allows users to connect an authorized Google Business Profile and retrieve, synchronize, and display Google Business reviews and photos on their WordPress websites.
Depending on the plan selected and the functionality available at the time of use, the Service may provide features including:
- Google Business Profile integration.
- Google Business location synchronization.
- Review synchronization.
- Business photo synchronization.
- Customer-contributed photo retrieval where supported by the enabled Google API functionality.
- Multiple Google Business locations where supported by the applicable plan.
- Multiple WordPress websites where supported by the applicable plan.
- Review and photo display layouts.
- Shortcodes and WordPress blocks.
- Automatic synchronization.
- Plugin updates.
- Technical support.
Features, usage limits, synchronization capabilities, website limits, location limits, and support may vary depending on the applicable subscription or license plan.
We may modify, add, or remove features from the Service where reasonably necessary, including to address technical requirements, security issues, changes to third-party APIs, or changes to our plans.
2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
The Service is intended primarily for businesses, website administrators, developers, and other users who are legally capable of entering into agreements.
3. Google Account Authorization
Certain features require you to connect a Google account or Google Business Profile through Google’s OAuth authorization process.
You authorize the Service to access only the Google information and services that you approve through Google’s authorization process and that are necessary for the functionality you use.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights and authorization to connect, manage, and display information from the Google Business Profile used with the Service.
You must not use the Service to access, retrieve, synchronize, or display Google information that you are not authorized to access.
You may disconnect the Google Business Profile integration from the plugin using the available disconnect functionality and may revoke the application’s Google authorization through your Google Account security settings.
Disconnecting the integration does not necessarily mean that previously synchronized data is immediately deleted from every system. Data deletion is governed by the applicable data-retention and deletion provisions described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Google Services and Third-Party Platforms
The Service relies on Google APIs and other third-party services.
The availability, performance, functionality, API limits, permissions, policies, and continued operation of third-party services are outside our direct control.
Changes made by Google or another third-party provider may affect the functionality, availability, API limits, synchronization, compatibility, or operation of the Service.
Your use of Google services is also subject to Google’s applicable terms, policies, and requirements.
BitByte Labs does not control and is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, third-party service outages, changes in third-party policies, or third-party account restrictions.
5. Free and Paid Plans
The Service may offer free and paid plans.
Free and paid plans may have different limits and features, including limitations relating to:
- Number of WordPress websites.
- Number of Google Business locations.
- Synchronization functionality.
- Reviews or photos.
- Plugin updates.
- Technical support.
- Other features identified in the applicable plan.
Current pricing, plan features, usage limits, and applicable subscription periods are displayed through the Service website or applicable purchase interface.
We may introduce, modify, or discontinue plans and plan features from time to time.
Changes to a plan will not retroactively alter a subscription period that has already been paid for, except where reasonably necessary to address security, legal, technical, or third-party platform requirements.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Payments for paid plans may be processed through third-party payment providers, including Razorpay or Paddle.
We do not intentionally store complete payment card information on our own application servers when payment processing is handled by a third-party payment provider.
Payment providers may process payment, billing, customer, order, and transaction information in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies.
You agree to provide accurate billing and account information and to keep such information reasonably up to date.
Paid subscriptions are provided for the subscription period specified at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Subscription renewal, cancellation, payment failure, refunds, credits, and other billing terms may be governed by the applicable plan, checkout terms, or payment-provider terms presented to you at the time of purchase.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Plugin License and Activation
Subject to these Terms and the applicable plan purchased or made available to you, BitByte Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the plugin for the number of websites and Google Business locations permitted by the applicable plan.
Your license or subscription may be subject to activation, entitlement, usage, or other plan limitations implemented by the Service.
A license or subscription may be suspended, deactivated, expired, or terminated where permitted under these Terms, including for non-payment, material breach, misuse, unauthorized redistribution, security risks, or violation of applicable third-party requirements.
Deactivation or termination of a license does not necessarily delete information previously synchronized or stored through the Service. Data retention and deletion are governed by the Privacy Policy.

Updates may be released to address:
- Security issues.
- Compatibility problems.
